Pharmacy Weight Loss Kelso is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management services to patients in Kelso and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical consultation before any prescription or treatment can be issued.
We reserve the right to decline services where it is clinically inappropriate to do so. Weight loss treatments will only be provided where the clinical criteria for the relevant medication are met, including appropriate BMI thresholds and the absence of contraindicated conditions.
By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Kelso are reviewed and authorised by a GPhC-registered pharmacist. No prescription will be issued without a satisfactory clinical assessment.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, or revoke a prescription at any time if it is deemed clinically unsafe or inappropriate.
Prescription medicines supplied by us must only be used by the patient for whom they are prescribed, strictly in accordance with the prescriber's instructions. They must not be shared with third parties.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been reviewed by a pharmacist.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service.
Delivery timescales may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable delivery address is provided. We cannot accept liability for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the patient.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for legal and safety reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
